Families working alongside our guides to enrich the Village Montessori experience.
The VMS Parent Association strengthens the partnership between families, guides, and the school community. Rooted in the Montessori values of independence, curiosity, grace and courtesy, peacefulness, and care for the whole child, we create opportunities for connection, service, support, and celebration throughout the year.
Why we're here
Why the PA exists at VMS
At Village Montessori, children are learning more than academics. They are practicing independence, responsibility, peaceful problem-solving, curiosity, and care for their community.
The Parent Association supports that work from the family side. When parents know one another, guides feel supported, and families have clear ways to participate, the school community becomes stronger for everyone.

Connect families
We help families get to know one another through gatherings, classroom communication, shared traditions, and simple ways to stay involved.
Support guides and classrooms
We coordinate appreciation, wishlists, supplies, volunteer needs, and other support that helps guides and classrooms throughout the year.
Enrich the school experience
We raise funds and organize efforts that support events, special projects, campus needs, and opportunities that benefit the whole school.
Make participation easier
Through the PA Hub, families can find class pages, calendars, sign-ups, family contributions, and PA updates in one organized place.

The PA Hub brings it together
The PA Hub was created to make parent participation easier. Instead of searching through emails, links, paper forms, and group chats, families can use one private place to find what matters to them.

Every family has a place here
Some families can volunteer often. Some can help once. Some support through contributions, supplies, or simply showing up when they can. All of it matters. The goal is not to do everything. The goal is to stay connected and participate in ways that fit your family's season of life.
